HOW TO USE:

Stick the self-adhesive side onto a layer of cured no-cleanse top gel so that we see the negative of the chosen pattern, then take an ombre sponge and rub chrome powder onto the area. Remove the masking sticker, and seal your design with two layers of flexible top gel
